DAILY DEPARTURES Mountain Biking day tours depart from our office at 8:30am. Tours range from easy to hard and offer a fun day out in the Kathmandu Valley. Day Tours include bike, helment, lunch and guide.

Mountain Bikes in Schools - Kids are the future of mountain biking in Nepal, for the tourism industry and as sporting professionals. Biking First took the message about mountain biking and its benefits for health, adventure, tourism and the environment out to some schools around Kathmandu. We hope we have inspired some champions of the future. If you would like the team at Biking First to visit your school please send us an email. Group Rides – Monsoon rides depart from outside our workshop in "Z" Street everyday at 6 am. Fun riding around the Kathmandu Valley. Bring your own bike or call us the night before to borrow one of ours. We can accommodate all levels of rider.
